Community Facilities in Settlements
The Council supports new or enhanced community facilities located within or adjacent to town, district or local centres, or other locations accessible by public transport, walking and cycling.
The Council will support proposals that provide new or enhanced community facilities and services. New facilities should be located within or adjacent to town, district or local centres or other locations that are easily accessible by public transport, walking and cycling.
