Definitions - Separating wall

A separating wall is a common wall between adjoining buildings constructed to meet fire safety requirements under regulation 35(2) in Part E.

Separating wall – a wall or part of a wall which is common to adjoining buildings, and constructed to meet the requirements of regulation 35(2) in Part E.
