Policy DM 23: Protection of Open Space - Exceptions
Exceptions to the presumption against loss of open space may be permitted where it is demonstrated the loss will have no significant detrimental impact on amenity, character or biodiversity.
An exception will be permitted in the following circumstances where it is demonstrated the loss of the open space will have no significant detrimental impact on the amenity, character or biodiversity of an area:
