Policy DM 23: Protection of Open Space - General Presumption
Development that would result in loss of or significant adverse impact on open space is presumed against, irrespective of ownership, physical condition or appearance.
The Council will operate a presumption against development that would result in the loss of, or have a significant adverse impact on, an area of open space irrespective of ownership, physical condition or appearance.
