Alternative Approach for Single Family Houses, Annexes and Small Single Storey Buildings
For single family houses up to 3 storeys, annexes, or small single storey buildings, designers may use Section 4 guidance to demonstrate compliance with Regulation 30 in Part D.
For a single family house of not more than 3 storeys in height, an annex or a small single storey building, a designer may wish to follow the guidance given in Section 4 of this Technical Booklet to demonstrate compliance with the requirements of Regulation 30 in Part D.
