Construction (Design and Management) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2007

The CDM Regulations impose requirements affecting building design, including coordination, cooperation and communication between all construction parties. Those undertaking design works as part of a business must be competent.

The Construction (Design and Management) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2007 impose requirements which affect building design. These include, amongst other things, the need for coordination, co-operation and communication between all parties in the construction process. The regulations also require – (a) those undertaking design works, as part of a business, to be competent.
