External Wall Damp Proof Course Height
For external walls, the damp proof course must be positioned at least 150 mm above the level of adjoining ground, unless building design provides alternative protection.
if the wall is an external wall, the damp proof course should be at least 150 mm above the level of the adjoining ground (see Diagram 6.1), unless the design is such that a part of the building will protect the wall;
