Restriction on urea formaldehyde foam use
Urea formaldehyde foam must not be used in the erection, structural alteration or extension of buildings except in specific circumstances outlined in the guidance.
Other than the circumstances outlined in 3.2 urea formaldehyde foam should not be used in the erection, structural alteration or extension of a building.
