Marine Plan Decision-Making Requirement
The Council must make authorisation or enforcement decisions in accordance with any appropriate marine plan unless relevant considerations indicate otherwise.
Under Section 8 of the Marine Act (NI) 2013 the Council must take any authorisation or enforcement decision in accordance with any appropriate marine plan unless relevant considerations indicate otherwise.
