Urea formaldehyde foam restrictions

In situ foamed urea formaldehyde is generally prohibited in building erection, structural alteration, or extension, except for specific cavity wall filling applications where the inner leaf is constructed of bricks or blocks.

Subject to paragraph (2), insitu foamed Urea formaldehyde shall not be used in the erection, structural alteration or extension of a building.
