Listed properties and conservation areas
Extensions or alterations to Listed properties or those in Conservation Areas or Areas of Townscape Character will also be assessed against relevant Historic Environment policy provisions.
Where a proposal relates to a dwelling that is Listed or located within a Conservation Area or Area of Townscape Character, this will also be assessed against the relevant policy provisions identified in the Historic Environment section of the Plan.
