Residential Extensions and Alterations - Policy Aim
This policy promotes high quality, sympathetically designed residential extensions and alterations that respect local character and protect neighbouring residential amenity, consistent with the SPPS.
The aim of this policy is to promote high quality, sympathetically designed, residential extensions and alterations which respect the character of the area in which they are situated and safeguard neighbouring residential amenity. This aim has taken account of and is consistent with the provisions of the SPPS.
