Transit and Serviced Sites Outside Settlements
Where a need for transit or serviced sites cannot be met within an existing local settlement, proposals must comply with rural planning policy requirements for social and affordable housing.
Where a need is identified for a transit site or a serviced site, which cannot readily be met within an existing settlement in the locality, proposals will be required to meet the policy requirements in respect of rural planning policy for social and affordable housing.
