Local Development Plan guidance for economic development infrastructure
Local Development Plans should provide guidance on key design, layout, landscaping requirements, and infrastructure including water supply, sewerage and land drainage for economic development sites.
The LDP should also provide guidance in terms of key design, layout and landscaping requirements.
