Supporting Actions and Key Site Requirements for Economic Development
LDPs should contain supporting actions and key site requirements to assist business enterprises, including provisions for necessary infrastructure such as road access, and access for pedestrians and cyclists.
LDPs should normally contain a number of supporting actions to assist in meeting the needs of business enterprises in ways which are workable and that will ultimately deliver sustainable and high quality development. Such actions should normally include key site requirements to ensure that developers provide necessary infrastructure such as road access, access for pedestrians and cyclists
