Monitoring Economic Development Land Take-Up and Loss
LDPs should establish systems to monitor the take-up and loss of land allocated for economic development purposes, along with ongoing assessment of future requirements and trends, to identify any shortfalls or need to reconsider proposed site uses.
A system to monitor the take up and loss of land allocated for economic development purposes as well as ongoing assessment of future requirements and trends will help to identify any shortfalls that may arise or highlight the need to reconsider the proposed use of sites.
