Re-use and rehabilitation of Listed and vernacular dwellings
The Council will support appropriate re-use and rehabilitation of Listed or non-listed vernacular dwellings rather than their replacement.
In the case of a Listed or non-listed vernacular dwelling, the Council will support their appropriate re-use and/or rehabilitation, rather than replacement.
