Sustainable Approach to Countryside Development
New development in the countryside must follow a sustainable approach consistent with the Regional Development Strategy 2035, maintaining and enhancing the countryside as a place to invest, live and work.
To maintain and enhance the attractiveness of the countryside as a place to invest, live and work, the countryside requires a sustainable approach to new development, consistent with the Regional Development Strategy 2035 (RDS).
