Areas of Townscape Character - Demolition of Unlisted Buildings
Demolition of unlisted buildings in Areas of Townscape Character should only be permitted where the building makes no material contribution to the area's distinctive character and subject to appropriate redevelopment arrangements.
The demolition of an unlisted building in an ATC should only be permitted where the building makes no material contribution to the distinctive character of the area and subject to appropriate arrangements for the redevelopment of the site.
