Interpretation of 'the Department' in Departmental Documents
References to 'the Department' in departmental planning documents should be read as referring to 'the council, or as the case may be the Department or the Planning Appeals Commission'.
For the purpose of preserving the materiality of the above-mentioned Departmental documents and those listed on the Department's website, references to 'the Department' within such documents should now be read as 'the council, or as the case may be the Department or the Department or the Planning Appeals Commission'.
