Planning Conditions for Open Space Laying Out, Landscaping and Retention
The Department will attach conditions to planning permission addressing the laying out and landscaping of open space, the timing of its implementation, and its permanent retention.
The Department will also attach appropriate planning conditions to address the following matters: the laying out and landscaping of the open space; the timing of its implementation; and the permanent retention of the open space.
