Alternative Approaches to Open Space Management
Applicants wishing to propose management approaches other than those outlined must demonstrate how their approach meets the Department's policy requirement for open space to be managed and maintained in perpetuity.
If an applicant wishes to follow an alternative approach to those outlined above, it will have to be demonstrated how such an approach can meet the Department's policy requirement for the open space to be managed and maintained in perpetuity.
