Regional Development Strategy Recognition
The Regional Development Strategy 2025 acknowledges the importance of open space, sport and outdoor recreation to health and the environment, and seeks to support healthier lifestyles through access to recreational and cultural activities.
The importance of open space, sport and outdoor recreation to health and the environment is acknowledged in the Regional Development Strategy for Northern Ireland 2025 (RDS). The RDS seeks to create healthier living environments and to support healthier lifestyles by facilitating access to a range of opportunities for recreational and cultural activities and by promoting physical recreation as a basis for good health for all.
