Design Quality Requirement for Residential Development
Any residential development proposal that fails to achieve an appropriate quality of design will not be permitted, regardless of whether the land is identified for residential use in a development plan.
Any proposal for residential development which fails to produce an appropriate quality of design will not be permitted, even on land identified for residential use in a development plan.
