PPS 12 Housing Density in Settlements
Planning Policy Statement 12 promotes increased housing provision in settlements and encourages higher density urban housing development appropriate to the character and scale of Northern Ireland cities and towns.
PPS 12 promotes a drive to provide more housing in settlements and encourages an increase in the density of urban housing appropriate to the scale and design to the cities and towns of Northern Ireland.
