PPS 7 Addendum: Residential Extensions and Alterations
The first Addendum to PPS 7 sets out planning policy for residential extensions and alterations, providing guidance for homeowners and the Department in line with sustainable development commitments.
The first Addendum to PPS 7 sets out the Department's planning policy for achieving quality in relation to proposals for residential extensions and alterations. It also provides guidance which is intended to provide advice to homeowners and to assist the Department in the determination of proposals. The first Addendum embodies the Government's commitment to sustainable development and the 'Quality Initiative'.
