Private Open Space Guidance
Residential development proposals should follow guidance on private open space provision as set out in the Creating Places supplementary planning guidance document.
The Council will take account of the guidance in relation to private open space provision for new residential development proposals as set out in the supplementary planning guidance document, Creating Places – Achieving Quality in Residential Developments, (DoE/DRD, 2000).
