Reduction of Open Space Standards for Apartments
Open space standards for residential developments may be reduced for apartment development or where the scheme integrates with adjoining public open space.
A reduction in these open space standards will be considered in the case of apartment development or where the development is designed to integrate with and make use of adjoining public open space.
