Certificate of Lawful Use or Development as Evidence of Lawfulness
A Certificate of Lawful Use or Development provides necessary evidence that works undertaken are lawful, including if a neighbour makes an enquiry or complaint about the work.
Certificates of Lawful use or Development also provide necessary evidence that any works being undertaken are lawful if, for example, a neighbour were to make an enquiry or complaint about the work.
