Lifetime Homes Approach for Larger Schemes
Developments of 20 units or more must demonstrate that at least 20% of units follow the Lifetime Homes approach to ensure accessibility and create more balanced communities.
For proposals of 20 units or more, a minimum of 20% must demonstrate how the 'Lifetime Homes' approach has been taken account of, to ensure that new developments are accessible to all and will assist in the creation of a more balanced community;
