Mixed tenure and quality housing support
The Council will encourage and support diverse, sustainably located, mixed tenure quality housing that builds resident ownership and community pride.
The Council recognises the differing needs of the population within the Borough and will therefore encourage and support a diverse choice of sustainably located, mixed tenure, quality housing, where residents can develop a sense of ownership and have pride in their surroundings.
