Policy context: Homes in Settlements
The policy aims to promote high-quality, sustainable homes within settlements that meet the needs of the local population and are consistent with the SPPS provisions.
The aim of this policy is to promote the development of high quality, attractive and sustainable homes within settlements, which meet the present and future needs of all sections of the population within the Borough. This aim has taken account of and is consistent with the provisions of the SPPS.
