Housing Mix and Balanced Communities
The Council will seek housing schemes with a range of house types and sizes to develop balanced and cohesive communities across the Borough.
In order to aid the development of more balanced and cohesive communities within the Borough as mandated in the SPPS, the Council will also seek the provision of housing schemes characterised by a range of house types and sizes.
