Affordable Housing Definition
The Council applies the current Department for Communities definition of affordable housing as set out in the Strategic Planning Policy Statement (SPPS).
The current definition of affordable housing, which is provided by the Department for Communities is contained in Planning policy, specifically the SPPS.
