Assessment criteria for listed building demolition proposals
Where proposed works would result in total or substantial demolition of a listed building, the Department will address specific factors in addition to general criteria.
Accordingly where proposed works would result in the total demolition of a listed building, or of any significant part of it, the Department, in addition to the general criteria set out in para 7.5 above, will address the following factors:
