Conservation Areas in Development Plans
Development plans must identify existing conservation areas and may include policies and proposals for their protection and enhancement, and may identify proposed conservation areas or boundary alterations.
Development plans will identify existing conservation areas and may include local policies or proposals for their protection and enhancement. Proposed conservation areas or alterations to existing areas may also be identified in development plans.
