Housing opportunities in countryside areas
The Plan maintains opportunities for new housing in countryside areas through Policy DM 18, expected to deliver approximately 750 new homes between 2015 and 2030.
The Plan also maintains opportunities for new housing in countryside areas through the application of Policy DM 18 and it is estimated that this will deliver some 750 new homes between 2015 and 2030.
