Policy ATC 3: Control of Advertisements in an Area of Townscape Character
Advertisement consent in Areas of Townscape Character will only be granted where it maintains the character and appearance of the area and does not prejudice public safety.
The Department will only grant consent for the display of an advertisement in an Area of Townscape Character where:
(a) it maintains the overall character and appearance of the area; and
(b) it does not prejudice public safety.
