Allocation of Housing Growth to Settlements
The plan allocates the 9,750 new homes across individual places in the Borough using the Spatial Growth Strategy and the 6 capacity tests from the RDS Housing Evaluation Framework.
A further core function of the Plan, is to determine the allocation of the 9,750 new homes to individual places in the Borough. This allocation has been shaped significantly by the Spatial Growth Strategy identified for the Borough's settlements and countryside, as well as taking into consideration the 6 capacity tests as identified in the RDS Housing Evaluation Framework.
