Exceptional Cases and Public Interest
Exceptional cases may exist where the requirement to respect ATC character may be overridden in favour of development that is desirable in the public interest.
It is acknowledged, however, there may be exceptional cases where this consideration may be overridden in favour of development which is desirable in the public interest.
