Factors Considered in Housing Growth Formulation
Multiple factors inform the judgement on reasonable and appropriate housing growth levels for the plan period.
Notwithstanding this uncertainty there are a number of factors which have been considered to assist in the formulation of a judgement on the amount of housing growth that is considered both reasonable and appropriate.
