Assessment of Development near Clean/Sterile Environment Industries
When development, particularly industrial uses, is proposed near existing industries requiring a contaminant-free environment, special attention must be paid to the needs of the existing industry during planning assessment.
Where it is made known to the planning authority that development is proposed, particularly general industrial uses, in the locality of an existing industry requiring a contaminant free environment, special attention will be paid to the needs of the existing industry for a clean/sterile environment in determining the proposal.
