Policy PED 8: Development incompatible with Economic Development Uses
Proposals for development near existing or approved economic development uses that would be incompatible with or prejudice the operation of those uses will be refused.
A proposal for development in the vicinity of an existing or approved economic development use that would be incompatible with this use or that would prejudice its future operation will be refused.
