Major Industrial Development in Countryside on Zoned Sites
Major industrial development in the countryside is acceptable if the site is zoned for such purposes in a development plan, in addition to other policy provisions.
In addition to the provisions of this policy major industrial development in the countryside will be acceptable on any site zoned for such purposes in a development plan.
