Social and Affordable Housing on Former Industrial Sites
Social and affordable housing may be permitted on former industrial sites that cannot realistically be redeveloped for industrial use, subject to PPS 21 policy provisions.
Exceptionally, proposals for social and affordable housing may be permitted on former industrial sites that cannot realistically be redeveloped for industry, provided they meet the policy provisions of PPS 21.
