Extensions to Existing Economic Development Uses
Proposals to extend existing economic development uses or premises within settlements will be assessed on individual merits in relation to Policy PED9.
A development proposal to extend an existing economic development use or premises within settlements will be determined on its individual merits having regard to Policy PED9.
