Class B2 Light Industrial and Class B3 General Industrial Use in Villages and Smaller Rural Settlements
Class B2 light industrial and Class B3 general industrial development is permitted in villages and smaller rural settlements where the scale, nature and design are appropriate to settlement character and compatible with nearby residential use.
A development proposal for a Class B2 light industrial use or Class B3 general industrial use will be permitted where it can be demonstrated that the scale, nature and design of the proposal are appropriate to the character of the settlement and it is not incompatible with any nearby residential use.
