Re-use or Redevelopment of Class B1 Business Use on Unzoned Land
Development proposals for re-use or redevelopment of an existing Class B1 business use on unzoned land will be determined on its merits without the restrictions that apply to Class B2, B3 or B4 uses.
A development proposal for the re-use or redevelopment of an existing Class B1 business use on unzoned land will be determined on its merits.
