Digital services ducting requirement
Developments of 10 or more dwellings or 500m² or larger must provide service ducting to enable future connection to digital services.
To facilitate the improvement of existing services the Council will expect development proposals for 10 or more dwellings or developments of 500m2 or more to provide service ducting to accommodate and enable future connection to digital services.
