Car Parks in Development Plans
Development plans should identify existing and proposed town centre car parks and may establish local parking policies as part of an overall parking strategy, in conjunction with the Department for Regional Development.
Where appropriate, development plans, in conjunction with the Department for Regional Development, will identify existing and proposed town centre car parks and may bring forward local policies as part of an overall parking strategy. Park and Ride and Park and Share sites are considered under paragraph 4.8.
